It is interesting to note that little intricacies including how the pork bones are cut can influence the flavour of the broth.Comprised from a broth developed directly with Ramen Masters in Tokyo, using the freshest local produce and secret ingredients imported directly from Japan. We often tinker with broth variations in search of the perfect Ramen. At Kotteri Ramen Bar, we pour our hearts into our noodles. Our soups, which are made from scratch over many hours using the finest quality pork and chicken, have been our pride and joy.Come and enjoy the traditional soul food of Japan in an exciting and comfortable setting inspired by many Tokyo Ramen Bars. Our customers can choose from a range of authentic soup flavours like Shoyu (Soy Sauce), Miso, Shio (Seafood and Chicken Combination) and Tonkotsu (Pork Bones). Any feedback with regards to your flavour experience with the broth will be given to the preparation chefs to make slight alterations to improve our broth and are greatly appreciated. There are many different parts that add up together to create our Ramen but we take pride in making our Ramen fresh for you every day and avoid taking shortcuts.
